SHIPMENT

The shipment and delivery of the works of art are entrusted to DHL.

For more details on packaging and shipments see General Conditions of Sale at points 6 and 7.

Normally the works sent with standard service are delivered in Italy within 7-10 working days from credit of the payment on the current account and in Europe within 10-15 days.

ArtOnline20 always bears the costs of transport in Italy and Europe with the exception of non-EEC countries where the costs will be borne by the customer.

Therefore shipping to customers in EEC countries is FREE!  For shipments to other countries, an estimate will be drawn up and the customer can also use a courier of his choice.
