FREQUENT QUESTIONS
How are the artists
and works of art selected?
The
emerging artists of the New Generation and their works are selected by a team
of experts who value the artistic project, the creative talent, the quality and
their determination to grow. Affirmed artists are included on the basis of
their biography, the innovative artistic path, the origin of the works and
their certification.
Will the work be
delivered with the artist's signature?
Given
that it is the artist's discretion to sign the work, if the signature is not
visible it is likely that the work has been signed on the back. In any case,
all works are provided with their own Certificate of Authenticity signed by the
artist, or by the curator or by the foundation in charge.
Are the paintings
sold with the frame?
Some
artists sell their paintings with frames others without. The technical data
sheet always indicates whether the painting has or does not have a frame.
Are
all the paintings framed and ready to hang?
In Italy and in all authorized European states, the paintings are shipped already framed and ready to be hung.
For logistical reasons, large paintings will be shipped UNFRAMED and the customer will only receive the canvas rolled into a TUBE.
In the technical sheet of each work it is always indicated if the
painting has a frame and if it is not framed.
Can I choose the paintings by personally coming to your office?
NO the sale takes place exclusively online because it would be impossible to exhibit all the works we have in a showroom. Only the works that will be presented in external events will be physically visible to customers attending the event.
Furthermore, the customer who purchases a work from the site can always return it within 14 days of its receipt without any justification.
How often do you publish new paintings?
We update our site every 10 days, keep an eye on New Arrivals and you will find a work that you will like.
How are deliveries carried out?
The shipment and delivery of the works of art are entrusted to a specialized courier. For more details on packaging and shipping see General Conditions of Sale at points 6 and 7.
